1.1The ball carrier is considered in bounds until they either touch or go out of the boundary lines.
1.2Any player who has not touched the boundary lines nor touched the ground beyond them is considered to be still in bounds.
2. Out of Bounds
2.1The ball is out of bounds when it touches the boundary lines or the ground beyond the boundary lines. The ball is out of bounds when it touches an object or a person that is out of bounds.
2.2Any player or object that is touching the boundary lines or the ground beyond the boundary lines is out of bounds. An airborne object or object suspended over the playing field is considered out of bounds.
